Les \u00e9quipes mixtes englobent des perspectives, des sensibilit\u00e9s et des exp\u00e9riences diff\u00e9rentes qui sont enrichissantes. Les am\u00e9liorations li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion, la diversit\u00e9 et la participation ne sont durables, que si elles s\u2019inscrivent \u00e0 long terme au sein de nos structures.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"alignfull\">\n\n  <dl class=\"explanation\">\n\n    <dt class=\"explanation__titleWrapper\">\n      <h1 class=\"explanation__title\">Structures<\/h1>\n\n          <\/dt>\n\n    <dd class=\"explanation__text\">\n      \n\n<p>Um die Struktur unserer Plattformen diverser zu gestalten, beziehen wir verschiedene Perspektiven und Menschen mit ein. Dazu wenden wir eine Management- und Einstellungspolitik an, die darauf abzielt, eine gr\u00f6ssere Vielfalt zu erreichen. Nous avons ces objectifs en t\u00eate lorsque nous menons des processus de recrutement de nos \u00e9quipes, comit\u00e9s et jurys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir reflektieren regelm\u00e4ssig die Zusammensetzung und die Zusammenarbeit in unseren Teams. Auf Anliegen, Fragen und Kritik gehen wir ein, h\u00f6ren zu und fragen nach. Zudem achten wir darauf, dass m\u00f6glichst alle in Diskussionen und Entscheide eingebunden und (sichtbare und unsichtbare) Machtstrukturen aufgebrochen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est int\u00e9ressant de cr\u00e9er un espace de r\u00e9flexion au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe afin d\u2019assurer un changement durable et compris de toutes et tous. Une ou plusieurs personnes de l\u2019\u00e9quipe sont d\u00e9sign\u00e9es comme personnes de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence sur ces questions et sont attentives au fait d\u2019appliquer les bonnes pratiques li\u00e9es au monde du travail.
