Im Zweifelsfall treten wir in einen Dialog mit den K\u00fcnstler*innen, fragen nach, teilen unsere Wahrnehmung mit und stossen Reflexion an. Wir stehen zu unserem Programm und der Haltung der von uns gebuchten K\u00fcnstler*innen.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"alignfull\">\n\n  <dl class=\"explanation\">\n\n    <dt class=\"explanation__titleWrapper\">\n      <h1 class=\"explanation__title\">Programmation<\/h1>\n\n          <\/dt>\n\n    <dd class=\"explanation__text\">\n      \n\n<p>Nous accordons une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 une proportion \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e de femmes\u00b7x et d\u2019hommes\u00b7x sur nos programmes und ber\u00fccksichtigen K\u00fcnstler*innen unterschiedlicher sozialer, kultureller und ethnischer Herkunft und People of Color.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous s\u00e9lectionnons des artistes et des groupes qui t\u00e9moignent de la diversit\u00e9 et peuvent servir de mod\u00e8le, notamment lors d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements de m\u00e9diation destin\u00e9s \u00e0 un jeune public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les artistes en tourn\u00e9e avec leurs enfants, nous veillons \u00e0 leur proposer un accueil appropri\u00e9, en tenant compte des situations sp\u00e9cifiques (allaitement, syst\u00e8me de garde etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de ne pas exclure de nos \u00e9v\u00e9nements les personnes ayant peu de moyens financiers, nous offrons un contingent de billets gratuits et \/ ou concluons des partenariats avec des organisations sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Um Personen mit wenig finanziellen Mitteln nicht von unseren Veranstaltungen auszuschliessen, bieten wir ein Freikartenkontingent an und \/ oder gehen Partnerschaften mit spezifischen Organisationen ein. Ausserdem verabreden wir mit unserem Team an der Kasse einen preislichen Spielraum f\u00fcr m\u00f6gliche Engp\u00e4sse und hinterlegen Freikarten f\u00fcr Begleitpersonen von Menschen mit Behinderung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors des tables rondes, nous veillons \u00e9galement \u00e0 ce que les mod\u00e9rateur\u00b7trice\u00b7x\u00b7s utilisent un langage inclusif et veillent \u00e0 un \u00e9quilibre dans le temps de parole des intevenant\u00b7e\u00b7x\u00b7s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous \u00e9valuons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement notre programmation (quantitativement et qualitativement) pour mieux identifier les
