En communiquant dans un langage inclusif et en variant les images, on remet en question les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes et les r\u00f4les. Cela permet aussi de s\u2019adresser au plus grand nombre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:49px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"alignfull\">\n\n  <dl class=\"explanation\">\n\n    <dt class=\"explanation__titleWrapper\">\n      <h1 class=\"explanation__title\">Communication<\/h1>\n\n          <\/dt>\n\n    <dd class=\"explanation__text\">\n      \n\n<p>Notre attitude et nos objets de communication sont clairs : le sexisme, le racisme, la x\u00e9nophobie, l\u2019homophobie et la transphobie ne sont pas tol\u00e9r\u00e9s dans notre club ou festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous accueillons avec bienveillance les questions, suggestions et critiques de l\u2019\u00e9quipe, des artistes et du public. Lors des r\u00e9unions, la parole de chacun\u00b7e est respect\u00e9e et les diff\u00e9rentes exp\u00e9riences sont prises en compte. Nous acceptons de nous remettre en question de mani\u00e8re individuelle ou collective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de d\u00e9velopper une culture inclusive, nous n\u2019h\u00e9sitons pas \u00e0 faire appel \u00e0 du coaching ou des formations externes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous sensibilisons les artistes, les collaborateur\u00b7trice\u00b7x\u00b7s et le public aux questions et aux pr\u00e9occupations li\u00e9es \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux personnes malvoyantes ou malentendantes, nous utilisons des images et des vid\u00e9os avec audio-description ou sous-titrage. Un site internet avec un syst\u00e8me de navigation possible via le clavier, simplifie \u00e9galement l\u2019acc\u00e8s. Il existe un lecteur PDF pour les personnes malvoyantes, nous privil\u00e9gions donc l\u2019utilisation de ce format. Certains textes imprim\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9galement r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en braille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin d\u2019inclure les personnes migrantes, nous adoptons une communication multilingue dans les langues internationales communes ou les langues pertinentes pour l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. En proposant des \u00e9v\u00e9nements en plusieurs langues ou avec des traductions, nous augmentons leurs possibilit\u00e9s de participation.<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/dd>\n\n  <\/dl>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-secondary-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-7e17d43d901fcb3d0d396f3e051717eb\">Le langage inclusif remet en question la hi\u00e9rarchie et les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes li\u00e9s aux genres. Il existe plusieurs identit\u00e9s de genre et plusieurs fa\u00e7ons d\u2019exprimer ceci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-secondary-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-c7060898beaa53066d4744c5a81f6fa1\">Nous observons les points suivants afin de communiquer de mani\u00e8re non discriminante sur la base de l\u2019origine, de l\u2019apparence physique et \/ ou du handicap :<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"alignfull\">\n\n  <dl class=\"explanation\">\n\n    <dt class=\"explanation__titleWrapper\">\n      <h1 class=\"explanation__title\">Communication<\/h1>\n\n              <h2 class=\"explanation__subtitle\">Language parl\u00e9e et \u00e9crite<\/h2>\n          <\/dt>\n\n    <dd class=\"explanation__text\">\n      \n\n<p>Dans la mesure du possible, nous utilisons des formulations \u00e9pic\u00e8nes, telles que l\u2019artiste, le public ou l\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous utilisons les formules suivantes : le tiret ou le point m\u00e9dian plac\u00e9 entre la racine du mot et la variante f\u00e9minine. Exemples : musicien\u00b7ne, danseur\u00b7euse, programmateur\u00b7trice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ajout du \u00ab x \u00bb s\u00e9par\u00e9 par un point m\u00e9dian apr\u00e8s la variante f\u00e9minine signifie l\u2019inclusion des personnes non binaires. Exemples : musicien\u00b7ne\u00b7x, danseur\u00b7euse\u00b7x, programmateur\u00b7rice\u00b7x.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous \u00e9vitons de tomber dans les pi\u00e8ges des id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues et des raccourcis tels que \u00ab les jolies m\u00e9lodies de la chanteuse \u00e0 la voix sensuelle et fragile \u00bb ou \u00ab les riffs puissants du guitariste \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous n\u2019usons pas de st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes pour d\u00e9crire des personnes ayant un parcours migratoire et \/ ou de personnes racis\u00e9es, telles que&nbsp;\u00ab il a le rythme dans le sang \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous ne caract\u00e9risons pas les personnes en situation de handicap comme des \u00eatres souffrants, des victimes ou des enfants \u00e0 probl\u00e8mes. Nous \u00e9vitons d\u2019utiliser les mots \u00ab invalide \u00bb ou&nbsp;\u00ab handicap\u00e9 \u00bb comme substantifs, car ils sont r\u00e9ducteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/dd>\n\n  <\/dl>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-secondary-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-8003a566201a07188b605fd6ab85ad88\">Nous veillons \u00e0 ce que notre communication assure une repr\u00e9sentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e de toutes et tous et visibilise la diversit\u00e9 des personnes et des parcours.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"alignfull\">\n\n  <dl class=\"explanation\">\n\n    <dt class=\"explanation__titleWrapper\">\n      <h1 class=\"explanation__title\">Communication<\/h1>\n\n              <h2 class=\"explanation__subtitle\">Images<\/h2>\n          <\/dt>\n\n    <dd class=\"explanation__text\">\n      \n\n<p>Dans notre communication, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de repr\u00e9senter la vie courante en sortant des st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes plut\u00f4t qu\u2019en les r\u00e9p\u00e9tant. Nous encourageons par exemple la repr\u00e9sentation de femmes dans les m\u00e9tiers techniques ou d\u2019hommes dans des r\u00f4les o\u00f9 ils se font plus rares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
