Chacun\u00b7e a le droit de mener une\u00a0vie ind\u00e9pendante et autonome. Outre les mesures li\u00e9es aux infrastructures, cela signifie \u00e9galement une adaptation du langage.<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/dd>\n\n  <\/dl>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"alignfull\">\n\n  <dl class=\"explanation\">\n\n    <dt class=\"explanation__titleWrapper\">\n      <h1 class=\"explanation__title\">DISCRIMINATION<\/h1>\n\n          <\/dt>\n\n    <dd class=\"explanation__text\">\n      \n\n<p>La discrimination fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au fait qu\u2019une personne\u00a0soit d\u00e9favoris\u00e9e sur la base de caract\u00e9ristiques et d\u2019attributions sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 un groupe telles que l\u2019\u00e2ge, l\u2019orientation sexuelle, le genre, l\u2019origine, la religion,\u00a0le parcours migratoire et les situations de handicap. Les discriminations sont structurelles et perp\u00e9tuent les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s au sein de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/dd>\n\n  <\/dl>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"alignfull\">\n\n  <dl class=\"explanation\">\n\n    <dt class=\"explanation__titleWrapper\">\n      <h1 class=\"explanation__title\">SEXISME<\/h1>\n\n          <\/dt>\n\n    <dd class=\"explanation__text\">\n      \n\n<p>Le sexisme d\u00e9signe toutes les formes de discrimination et de violence fond\u00e9es sur des mod\u00e8les st\u00e9r\u00e9otyp\u00e9s et int\u00e9rioris\u00e9s ; en r\u00e9sum\u00e9 la construction genr\u00e9e de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Le sexisme est bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019id\u00e9e qu\u2019il existe un syst\u00e8me hi\u00e9rarchique li\u00e9 au genre et qu\u2019une personne ou un groupe de personnes doit se conformer \u00e0 certaines exigences et comportements en fonction de son identit\u00e9 de genre.<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/dd>\n\n  <\/dl>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"alignfull\">\n\n  <dl class=\"explanation\">\n\n    <dt class=\"explanation__titleWrapper\">\n      <h1 class=\"explanation__title\">RACISME<\/h1>\n\n          <\/dt>\n\n    <dd class=\"explanation__text\">\n      \n\n<p>Le racisme fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s et aux formes de discriminations subies par des personnes en raison de leur origine r\u00e9elle ou attribu\u00e9e, de leur couleur, de leur religion et de leur langue.<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/dd>\n\n  <\/dl>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"alignfull\">\n\n  <dl class=\"explanation\">\n\n    <dt class=\"explanation__titleWrapper\">\n      <h1 class=\"explanation__title\"> SEXE\/GENRE<\/h1>\n\n          <\/dt>\n\n    <dd class=\"explanation__text\">\n      \n\n<p>La distinction entre sexe (sexe biologique) et genre (genre social) vient de l\u2019anglais. Bien que les hommes et les femmes naissent dans des corps diff\u00e9rents (sexe), la \u00ab masculinit\u00e9 \u00bb et la \u00ab f\u00e9minit\u00e9 \u00bb (genre) sont principalement produits socialement et ne sont pas biologiques. Le genre n\u2019est pas naturel, mais consiste en des r\u00f4les sociaux et en des traditions culturelles maintenues par des conventions sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/dd>\n\n  <\/dl>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"alignfull\">\n\n  <dl class=\"explanation\">\n\n    <dt class=\"explanation__titleWrapper\">\n      <h1 class=\"explanation__title\">LGBTQIA+<\/h1>\n\n          <\/dt>\n\n    <dd class=\"explanation__text\">\n      \n\n<p>Abr\u00e9viation des termes anglais Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersexual, Queer (en fran\u00e7ais : lesbienne, gay, bisexuel, transgenre, inter*, queer). Les abr\u00e9viations se r\u00e9f\u00e8rent \u00e0 des personnes ayant des orientations sexuelles et des identit\u00e9s de genre diff\u00e9rentes dont la caract\u00e9ristique commune est qu\u2019elles\u00a0ne correspondent pas (ou ne\u00a0veulent pas correspondre) \u00e0 la norme de l\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9rosexualit\u00e9 et \/ ou \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me binaire.<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/dd>\n\n  <\/dl>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"alignfull\">\n\n  <dl class=\"explanation\">\n\n    <dt class=\"explanation__titleWrapper\">\n      <h1 class=\"explanation__title\">PEOPLE OF COLOR<\/h1>\n\n          <\/dt>\n\n    <dd class=\"explanation__text\">\n      \n\n<p>Personne racis\u00e9e est une expression qui vient des \u00c9tats-Unis\u00a0et qui est utilis\u00e9e depuis le mouvement des droits civiques pour les personnes \u00ab non blanches \u00bb. Elle est issue du contexte universitaire et est un terme sociologique. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un instrument important pour lutter contre le racisme et elle re\u00e7oit un\u00a0bon accueil depuis quelques ann\u00e9es en Europe. Cependant, en Suisse, il convient de noter que les personnes qui subissent\u00a0du racisme et de la x\u00e9nophobie ne sont pas toujours perceptibles via des signes ext\u00e9rieures (par exemple les personnes des Balkans, les Roms, les juifs, musulmans ou des personnes issues de confessions religieuses minoritaires, des personnes ayant\u00a0des comp\u00e9tences linguistiques nationales restreintes, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/dd>\n\n  <\/dl>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"alignfull\">\n\n  <dl class=\"explanation\">\n\n    <dt class=\"explanation__titleWrapper\">\n      <h1 class=\"explanation__title\">TRANS ET CIS<\/h1>\n\n          <\/dt>\n\n    <dd class=\"explanation__text\">\n      \n\n<p>On parle de trans (en latin : au-del\u00e0) lorsque l\u2019identit\u00e9 de\u00a0genre auquel une personne se sent appartenir ne correspond pas au sexe qui lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 assign\u00e9 \u00e0 la naissance sur la base des caract\u00e9ristiques biologiques. On parle de transgenre ou de transidentit\u00e9. Le terme \u00ab transsexualit\u00e9 \u00bb est d\u00e9pass\u00e9 et rejet\u00e9 par beaucoup, car l\u2019identit\u00e9 de genre n\u2019a rien \u00e0 voir avec la sexualit\u00e9. Le terme cis (en latin : du m\u00eame c\u00f4t\u00e9) d\u00e9signe les personnes\u00a0dont l\u2019identit\u00e9 de genre correspond au sexe assign\u00e9 \u00e0 la naissance.<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/dd>\n\n  <\/dl>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"alignfull\">\n\n  <dl class=\"explanation\">\n\n    <dt class=\"explanation__titleWrapper\">\n      <h1 class=\"explanation__title\"> INTER *<\/h1>\n\n          <\/dt>\n\n    <dd class=\"explanation__text\">\n      \n\n<p>Les personnes inter* ou les intersexes sont n\u00e9es avec des caract\u00e9ristiques sexuelles qui ne correspondent pas aux d\u00e9finitions types du masculin ou du f\u00e9minin biologiques. Ces caract\u00e9ristiques sont tr\u00e8s variables.<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/dd>\n\n  <\/dl>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"alignfull\">\n\n  <dl class=\"explanation\">\n\n    <dt class=\"explanation__titleWrapper\">\n      <h1 class=\"explanation__title\">QUEER<\/h1>\n\n          <\/dt>\n\n    <dd class=\"explanation__text\">\n      \n\n<p>Les personnes Queer remettent en question la norme de l\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9rosexualit\u00e9 et de la binarit\u00e9. Queer est un terme g\u00e9n\u00e9rique\u00a0pour les lesbiennes, les gais, les trans et les inter*, mais qui inclut \u00e9galement des revendications politiques et th\u00e9oriques li\u00e9es aux questions de la non-binarit\u00e9 du genre et \u00e0 l\u2019orientation sexuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/dd>\n\n  <\/dl>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les terminologies et d\u00e9finitions sont en constante \u00e9volution.
